US, Taliban Discuss Prisoner Exchange; Israel Kills Hezbollah Commander; 4th of July Travel Booms

U.S. envoys held discussions with Taliban representatives at a meeting in Qatar on Wednesday regarding the release of 2 American prisoners held in Afghanistan. In exchange, the Taliban asked for the release of Afghan prisoners held in the United States and Guantanamo Bay.
