Trump to Meet With the Kennedy Center Board; Hegseth Says Airstrikes on Houthis Will Continue

President Donald Trump will visit the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on Monday after taking over as chair. Trump also said he plans to speak to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday and discuss ending the war in Ukraine.

Portions of Pennsylvania, New York and Mid-Atlantic and Southeast states were still under a National Weather Service watch for damaging wind and tornadoes, as the death toll from weekend storms rose to at least 40 people across six states.
