Trump to Interview with Carlson During Debate: NYT; RFK Jr. Eyes S. Carolina, New Key State for Dems | NTD News Today

The GOP debate this Wednesday might have some competition. The New York Times has reported that former President Donald Trump will sit down with Tucker Carlson for an interview that could air on X, formerly Twitter, at the same time as the televised debate.

Democratic candidates are honing in on South Carolina. The party is having its first primary there on February 3, switching from the traditional first state of Iowa. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is making numerous stops in the Palmetto state.

Republican South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem says she would consider becoming former President Trump's vice presidential running mate. Noem told Fox News last week that anyone being asked to do so should consider the position—as a service to their country.
