President Donald Trump confirmed a new trade agreement with Beijing on Thursday, but didn't go into the details. Trump told reporters the United States was starting to open up China. A White House official later clarified that the two countries had reached "an additional understanding for a framework to implement the Geneva agreement," which the two countries worked out in May.
