Special Counsel Jack Smith Admits Second Error in Trump Case; Hawaii Wildfire Deaths Climb to 36

Another error in a case involving former President Trump came to light on Thursday. Special Counsel Jack Smith acknowledged his second mistake in recent weeks.

On the third day of wildfires in Hawaii, efforts are still underway to battle the blazes and search for survivors. So far, at least 36 fatalities have been confirmed.

Former President Trump tells Newsmax he won’t sign a “loyalty pledge” to endorse the Republican candidate. That means he may not be allowed to join the upcoming Republican presidential debates.
