U.S. Citizens in Israel Arrive in Cyprus; Trump Arrives in Court for Civil Fraud Trial

Dozens more U.S. citizens have made it out of Israel. The latest group arrived in Cyprus Tuesday morning on the first evacuation ship. The island nation has been used as a transit hub for foreign governments evacuating their citizens from Israel.

Former President Donald Trump appeared in court in New York today for the third week of his civil fraud trial. The frontrunner for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination arrived just after a Monday campaign stop in Iowa.

On Monday, Iran's foreign minister said that resistance forces were ready to open new fronts with Israel if the conflict in Gaza continues. The top envoy added that Iran will not allow Israel to take further action in the Gaza Strip without consequences.
