Michigan Keeps Trump on Ballot; Special Counsel Aims to Bar Trump's Political Arguments

Former President Donald Trump will stay on the primary ballot in Michigan. The Michigan Supreme Court has rejected an attempt to remove him from the 2024 ballot.

Special counsel Jack Smith filed a motion on Wednesday seeking to block President Trump from making political arguments and referencing what Smith called "irrelevant disinformation" during the trial.

Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has called presidential TV ad spending a foolish investment, and pulled funding for them.
