Some Democrat senators say it's unlikely the impeachment trial of Donald Trump will lead to convicting the former president.

The former chief official of U.S. Customs and Border Protection says to expect 5,000 construction jobs to be lost, after President Joe Biden ordered work to stop on the border wall.

And several state Attorneys General warn Biden against presidential overreach. They say they'll sue him if he goes beyond his authority.
